Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Cabin Foreclosures - Best Deals of the Week

View from Gatlinburg Cabin Foreclosure on Villa Overlook

The information about the properties below is just my sole opinion on the best deals of the week. There are certainly other very good values on the market that are not mentioned or that I have overlooked. The "pro" and "con" of each property is simply my opinion based on my market knowledge and describe my point of view about the advantages and disadvantages of each property. Each person's individual opinion may vary and an attribute to some people may be considered a detriment to another.

A best effort is made on my part to evaluate what I consider to be the best deals available on the market at a point in time. Some people may have different tastes in properties or heavily weigh certain aspects (such as privacy, view, location) more to their preference when searching for a cabin or investment property. Below is the list of what I perceive as the most aggressively priced or best deals on properties in our market. The vast majority of these properties are cabin foreclosures or short sales, but the occassional regular real estate sale can be attractive. If you have any questions about the properties, please feel free to e-mail me or call me on my cell phone (865) 809-8600 and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have. Also, I would appreciate it if you could please contact me regarding these listings rather than someone else. I put forth a lot of effort in maintaining this website and trying to provide the best data available to buyers in an open format where anyone can view!
