For example, Bluff Mountain Acres has a large number of 1 bedroom/1 bath cabins that can be purchased in the $150,000 range up into the $300,000's. The higher end developments such as "The Summit On Bluff Mountain" frequently bring a $300,000 price tag for a lot alone with most homes ranging from $750,000 to $1.5 million. Other housing off Bluff Mountain Road includes "Smoky Cove Resort " and several individual acreage sites.

Bluff Mountain Land & Real Estate Information

Land is readily available in several developments and to a lesser extent some acreage sites are still available. Lots for sale range from the $20,000 range in Shagbark to $500,000 estate sized lots in "The Summit on Bluff Mountain".

The Blalock family still owns a large portion of Bluff Mountain accounting for over 7,000 acres of undeveloped land. This is the largest privately owned undeveloped tract of land in Sevier County TN.

Location & Access to Pigeon Forge & Sevierville

Bluff Mountain is a popular area for vacation cabins due to its easy access to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and its tremendous views of the surrounding Smoky Mountains. One can take the back roads such as New Era and River Divide Rd. from Bluff Mountain to avoid traffic on the Parkway to get to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.
