Sellers Property Disclosure
Required by TN State Law - Either Residential Property Disclosure, Exemption form, and Lot/Land Property Disclosure

  • Residential Property Disclosure is required in properties where the seller has occupied the property and must disclose the defects/faults with the property.
  • The Residential Property Disclosure Exemption Form allows owners of property to be exempt from filling out the property disclosure form if the owner has not occupied the property. This is a fairly common occurrence in Sevier County with the substantial number of overnight rental cabins along with long term rental properties.
  • Lo/Land Property Disclosure - this form is for owners who own a parcel of land and disclose the material facts and information regarding the property.
