For example, Bluff Mountain Acres has a large number of 1 bedroom/1 bath cabins that can be purchased in the $150,000 range up into the $300,000's. The higher end developments such as "The Summit On Bluff Mountain" frequently bring a $200,000 price tag for a lot alone with most homes ranging from $750,000 to $1.5 million.
