Smoky Cove Resort is a luxury, high end development located off Bluff Mountain Road in the Pigeon Forge/Bluff Mountain area. The development primarily consists of rental cabins, but does have some permanent residences and second/vacation homes. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and horseshoe pit.

The development was started around 2007 and has seen quite a few luxury homes built since then. As you enter the development you are greeted with a stone sign with "Smoky Cove Resort" and a beautiful waterfall. The community pool is on your left and the on-site rental management office is on your right. Just past the management office is the picnic pavillion and horseshoe pits. Once you travel by the amenities, the cabins begin. The access is very easy from gently graded roads which are wide and curbed. The majority of the cabins sit on relatively flat lots and driveways with easy parking. Some cabins also feature carports. Interior amenities in some cabins feature theater rooms which are popular rental cabins. The developer took care to keep the intergrity of the land into concern - leaving many trees and maintaining privacy within the resort. This is a feature so many developments/resorts in our area lack.

General Price Range

Prices within the development vary tremendously depending on the size. Foreclosures have sold for as low as $180,000 within the development and some homes have sold for over $700,000.

• Wide, curbed roads with gentle grades.
• Convenient to Pigeon Forge
• Community Swimming Pool
• Picnic pavillion with horseshoe pits
• Luxury properties with quality construction and materials used.
• Restrictions to protect your investment.
• On-Site Rental Management Office, but still have the option to use whichever company you choose.
• Extravagant entrance with cascading stone waterfall.
• Developed so that many trees were kept creating some privacy.
• Digital Cable TV and Broadband Internet Access available.
• On Pigeon Forge's city water system.

Negative Aspects

• Most of the cabins do not have mountain views.
